The Decision Review Session guarantee, spelled out. Last updated 10 June 2026.
The promise
If you complete the prework, attend your Decision Review Session, and genuinely engage with the work, and you still do not leave with a clearer decision than you came in with, the session fee is refunded in full. No argument, no hoops.
The conditions
All three need to be true. They exist to protect serious work, not to dodge refunds:
- You completed the prework before the session. The prework is where half the value is made.
- You attended the session. A no-show or a reschedule within 48 hours forfeits the session and the guarantee.
- You engaged. You showed up willing to do the thinking, not to watch.
How to claim
Email michael.blackhurst@jtj-services.com within 14 days of your session and say the work did not deliver a clearer decision. The refund is made in full through Stripe to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
What it does not cover
- The outcome of the decision itself. The guarantee is about leaving with a clearer decision; how the decision plays out in the world belongs to you.
- Digital products such as the Decision Kit. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply to those.
- Sessions forfeited by a no-show or late reschedule.
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The point of the guarantee is simple: the risk of the session sits with me, so your attention can sit with the decision.
